Dr K. D. Murray is a scientist specialising in genome-wide investigations of plant evolution to the ecosystems they inhabit.

I’m currently a Postdoc on a Marie Curie fellowship at Detlef Weigel’s department at the MPI for Biology Tübingen. You can read about my current scientific work on plant-pathogen spatial population genomics under “Science”.

In the past, I’ve been a consultant in ecological genomics and bioinformatics (through my firm Gekkonid Consulting), a doctoral researcher and then postdoc at Justin Borevitz’s group at ANU, Canberra, and a research software engineer at the APPF in Canberra.
